I’m a UX and Product Design leader with 12+ years of experience shaping digital products, building high-performing teams, and driving design maturity across international markets. Currently Heading UX Design at e& Group Level, I partner with product, engineering, and business leaders to deliver customer-centred experiences that balance user needs, commercial objectives, and technical feasibility.
My experience spans product strategy, service design, design governance, and organisational leadership. From defining the vision for telecom SuperApps to establishing design standards across multiple operating companies, I focus on creating scalable systems that improve both customer outcomes and business performance.
I am particularly passionate about the intersection of AI and human-centred design. I’ve introduced AI-enabled research, governance, and design operations practices that help teams work more effectively while maintaining quality, consistency, and trust.
